I have had issues with my portal. I found out you have a very smart young man named Ross that works in the portal dept on Lapalco. He has helped me many times Please don't get rid of him or I will never be able to use my portal. Thanks
Ross is attentive, thoroughly knowledgeable, and is very kind. An asset to this department for sure.
Mrs. Shlaletia was extremely resourceful and sweet. She hooked up my blood pressure monitor and showed me how to sync my monitor. And even called me by my requested name.
