Extremely rude and condescending customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional manager. From the beginning, he kept emphasizing how high-end, expensive, and amazing their store and cabinets are, while being very condescending about my budget. He actually suggested that maybe I should just go buy something at Home Depot instead. I have never experienced such an arrogant attitude from someone supposedly trying to earn a customer’s business. I would absolutely never recommend this place to anyone.
Kristina is amazing! Getting my nails done at other places has become more stressful than relaxing, due to having to constantly correct things that should be done correctly by nail artists who cut corners. Not Kristina though! She is quick and so talented. She is friendly and she doesn’t rush through her work. All my nails were perfectly shaped and meticulously polished. I’ll be coming back to book with her again!
This was my first hard gel experience. I'm disappointed in the amount of length that was taken off of my nails after requesting to keep them as long as possible as I had been growing them out for my wedding but after all of the filing they were 1/3 of the length which was not discussed with me. I was told a little in what to do during the appointment, but this being my first nail experience in about 10 years I was hoping for some direction/guidance/or at least an introduction of who they were.
