Not a no pass no pay. 50$ just to tell me to come back
Only posting three stars because I had a good experience two years ago but I really can’t believe this just happened. I called to get pricing and was told $60. I said that was more than I wanted to spend and that I had seen other deals online for $30 but their location was closest to me. At that point I was told if I came in 15 minutes they would price match $30. Fast friendly service at fair pricing
Amazing group of folks! Took my Jeep there for a smog test, pulled it in, shut it off, and of course it wouldn’t start back up. They helped me check the battery, push it to a safe space in their lot (where they told me I could leave it for as long as I needed), and even crawled under it with me knocking on the starter. They didn’t need to do any of that but were legit concerned and invested in helping me out. Smog check would have been super quick otherwise.
