PSU on my rig died out of nowhere, and NZXT's support team turned it around fast — had a replacement in my hands within days. No back-and-forth, no runaround, just quick diagnosis and a fix. That kind of responsiveness is rare and it's why I keep buying their gear. Solid warranty support, would recommend. Thank you Ash, Robert Dunn and any one who was involved! you guys are the best!!
**BEWARE** Fraudulent company. They do not honor their warranties. I purchased a very expensive Kraken 360 cooling device. The product stopped working after 10 months. I have the original box, serial number, and proof of purchase. Their customer service team is demanding that I go through hoops to reconnect the broken device just to take screenshots to prove to them that it stopped working. Ordered a custom pre built about 2.5 years ago, it’s been great I got it before the prices went crazy luckily and it’s still amazing will definitely use them again once I decide to upgrade.
Absolute waste of time and money. I spent over $4,300 on a “custom” PC just to deal with months of back-and-forth emails, repeated troubleshooting, and multiple repair shipments. The PC experienced recurring hardware failures including unexpected power loss, failure to POST/start, and ongoing instability issues. Over time, the company replaced multiple major components including the motherboard, processor, GPU, and CPU cooler in attempts to fix the system. Computer stopped working a few months after I bought it. The customer service rep, Ash, did not provide crucial information that the computer had to be shipped back to them for warranty repair with the original packaging, and if you didn't have that you had to purchase packaging from them, or it voids the warranty. None of this was explained, they tried to void our warranty, but we argued with them until they admitted we were right. After this was just a series of ridiculous events.
