Scam company. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase a PC from NZXT. If you did, do not send anything back under RMA. I ordered and paid for a system with an i9 14900K CPU. After sending my PC in under an RMA (after having problems after only 1 month of ownership), NZXT swapped my i9 for the cheaper i5 12600K. They did not notify me of this or any other hardware changes. I was the one to discover this, and called them out on it. To date, NZXT refuses to refund me the difference. I bought an NZXT kraken 360 elite, I ordered it and when it arrived I installed it like I have many times before with other coolers, this one made a horrible noise, like a rattle or small marbles, I reached out to NZXT and they made sure to let me know how inconvenient it would be for me to return it or exchange it, told me all about how long it would take and sounded sad, I asked them if it would just be easier to return through amazon, after days of no response they just agreed, NZXT said it would be easier and faster to d... read more
