Ordered a custom pre built about 2.5 years ago, it’s been great I got it before the prices went crazy luckily and it’s still amazing will definitely use them again once I decide to upgrade.
Absolute waste of time and money. I spent over $4,300 on a “custom” PC just to deal with months of back-and-forth emails, repeated troubleshooting, and multiple repair shipments. The PC experienced recurring hardware failures including unexpected power loss, failure to POST/start, and ongoing instability issues. Computer stopped working a few months after I bought it. The customer service rep, Ash, did not provide crucial information that the computer had to be shipped back to them for warranty repair with the original packaging, and if you didn't have that you had to purchase packaging from them, or it voids the warranty. None of this was explained, they tried to void our warranty, but we argued with them until they admitted we were right. After this was just a series of ridiculous events. AI phone tree which I personally detest is one of the best I have used. It got pretty close to the solution and routed me to a human quickly. Tech support is American based (thank you!!) and worked to solve my problem quickly and efficiently. Thank you!!
Scam company. Do not, under any circumstances, purchase a PC from NZXT. If you did, do not send anything back under RMA. I ordered and paid for a system with an i9 14900K CPU. After sending my PC in under an RMA (after having problems after only 1 month of ownership), NZXT swapped my i9 for the cheaper i5 12600K. They did not notify me of this or any other hardware changes. I was the one to discover this, and called them out on it. To date, NZXT refuses to refund me the difference.
