Paid $500 in September and didn't hear anything from them. Followed up and was promised someone would get in contact they didn't. Emailed and asked for a refund, no reply. Currently chasing a refund in January.

Extremely Disappointed. Mike was pleasant and I am sure Knowledgeable. We had a Meeting about opening a Business in NZ but I mentioned that if my company did not get the contract we would not need to open that company. Mike assured me that I would get some money back (Package $2,552.- paid less his time 20 minutes). After multiple emails I have still not received any refund or reply.

I prepare Australian tax returns, but when I have a client who needs a NZ tax return, I always recommend Mike from NZ Tax. It's clear from my dealings with him that he is highly knowledgable about the IRD and NZ tax laws, as well as being easy to deal with. Our mutual clients have always been satisfied with the work he has done, in particular when it comes to the complex situation of businesses operating on both sides of the Tasman.
