I called them to have some advise around my rental property in New Zealand. I spoke to Mike who was extremely rude and greedy person. He refused to answer any questions and said that he can only talk when I pay for him to do my tax return. I dont think this greedy attitude will help them.
It took almost 2 weeks for them to respond to my inquiries only to tell me they can’t help me because I don’t have a rental property. Super weird discussion with a woman who seemed very disinterested.
