Naz was excellent. Had a timer light break and flash constantly on a Saturday. He came out within an hour of calling, as he said, replaced the switch and one in the bathroom. He took pride in his work, making sure the job was good, even pointing out he wasn’t happy with switches he put in, which he showed me and then replaced after discussion with me.
