Paid over $900 to get extensions put in just for them to start falling out a month later The response provided is insulting. Saying it was done correctly at the service is irrelevant because that’s mandatory for a professional. I’m speaking on the extensions specifically, not my original locs. I had an appointment November 11th with KiKi and I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I booked boho twists with waist-length hair and even uploaded clear pictures of exactly what I wanted. What I received barely passes my shoulders and looks nothing like the photos I sent. For $295, this is completely unacceptable. My appointment also started an hour and a half late. I called Saturday evening to see if someone could do a protective style on my hair. Melinda( shop owner) told me to come right in and I didn't have an appointment. The wash was amazing . My scalp felt so clean and fresh. The shop has a very "home" feel, all the women are very friendly as well. Melinda hooked me up with these two Strand twists. I got so many compliments after I left the shop. Thank you Melinda for taking me on such short notice. First time coming and it won't be my last . 10/10 experience!
