Called to see about walk ins for lashes. Was quoted 20 minutes by the owner. I ended up waiting an hour and when I asked about the business protocol for handling unfavorable situations with client, I was stared at by the owner. She showed no sympathy or business acumen whatsoever. In fact, she kept asking me to repeat myself and expected me to wait another hour with no resolution or kindness at all. Melinda has been doing my hair for over 10 years. She knows hair care and she values good products. Thankful for her knowledge and expertise.
I would give it a zero if I could. They over book and the switch up prices. Be aware.
Stylist-owner Melinda This is NOT the place to go for a CUT and STYLE on natural hair... Silk press w/cut ($120) Paid $35 for a cut, to have LESS than an inch of hair cut from my whole head, I had NO HAIR on the shop floor...my hair is still flat, ends are still split and they were hard from the spritz used...as for the silk press, my hair is long thin and fine so the press was just average...layers would've made my hair look fuller while preserving my length, since I really wanted a cut.
