I had the worst experience of my life in healthcare with Dr. Hang Fong Kitty Chan. What should have been a routine physical left me feeling dismissed, talked over, and belittled. I left the appointment so distressed that I scheduled an emergency therapy session and questioned whether I could trust Student Health Services to meet my basic healthcare needs.
