Staff is awesome
Do not go here. Family history of breast cancer. They scheduled me for a biopsy that they could not perform because they didn't have the correct equipment to do so. Spent weeks agonizing over this procedure, and when I got there, the nurse told me that the doctor asked if they should have called me in advance to tell me not to come! Horrible, unprofessional, and dangerous! This is not a place you go for an XRay of your foot. This is breast cancer detection. Stay away! Second time here for mammogram and breast ultrasound. Staff are nice. Place is super clean with large ADA restroom in waiting room. The changing area also has 1 of 3 changing areas with large ADA accessibility. There are easy to use lockers for belongings as well.
I had my screening mammogram at NYU in November after which I got a call back for additional images. I was called by agent Aria who said that it’s a call back since my mammogram was inconclusive they need more images. I asked her if I will get billed for that. And she said no you wouldn’t get a bill it’s a call back. I asked her if she was sure and she said she is sure.
