I am highly disappointed in this hospital. Came a very far away with the understanding of my daughter would be allowed to see my sister cause we had gotten prior approval for that to happen. Otherwise, we would not have made the trip. Come to find out a lady in the front desk, would not even with approval, let us up and ended up having to Spend hours in the lobby with a five-year-old who Just wanted to see their aunt and couldn’t because of one woman’s laziness and stubbornness to seek appropriate channels where the approval... read more
It was a pretty bad experience. They tell you it's nothing and local anesthesia is all that's needed and that's true when they slice your skin but what every single person fails to tell you is that it is extremely painful when they shove the device into your chest. I couldn't believe it. The pain was awful. And the procedure lasts awhile. Even the anesthesia shot is brutal. They shove it deep in to your chest AND keep shoving it while none of that is anesthetized. At least give a surface shot and let it take effect before sh... read more
Check-in people were polite & professional but nurses were passive aggressive & rolled eyes at the patients.
This hospital charges you MULTIPLE copays in addition to the copays you already pay when you have your appt. They double charge you. Full stop. When you try to dispute it they just give the same robotic responses and tell you to consult your insurance which of course doesn't work either. Be wary and grill them when you check in as to what copays you are going to be charged otherwise they'll charge you retroactive copays months later for no reason. Extremely disappointing for an institution that is so lauded for their care.
1 of the best hospitals I've been in. The nurses and drs and entire staff really cared about the patients. They did their very best to meet & accommodate my boyfriend needs during his stay. A very special breed of people work here. I want to thank the entire staff for their kindness, compassion, and dedication
