This department has a secretary named Angelic !!!! Beware of this heffa !!! You make an appointment with any of the doctors. She will cancel it. When you confront her , about it . She will lie that you haven't showed up at the appointments. And use that excuse, to make you look like it's your fault. I will report you and have you fired!!!!
Horrible representative and billing services. Second time at the NYU and second time, there is an issue with billing! Booking an appointment was very frustrating too. I've never had similar problems at any other medical practice in Manhattan! Incompetent people are working in the representative and billing departments who merely too lazy to do their job.
