The billing department failed to properly submit my sleep study claim to my insurance. When I called to resolve this, the office staff made me call back and forth between departments and gave me conflicting information. A staff member called me directly and told me to call my insurance company for the THIRD time and "deal with billing and coding" myself, taunted me ("Looks like you won't get your device, haha") and hung up on me. Researched labs as much as I could..almost didn't go here due to reviews..I'm glad I did..from Maria who addressed my concerns, to Karen, to Maria my tech...top notch crew, and lab..I was wired for sound..it was quiet, and comfortable..I didn't get results back yet, but this lab was top notch..
A close relative had an outpatient sleep study done in November. When we arrived for check in, we were given a preauth of approximately $1000, and proceeded with the sleep study appointment. Unfortunately, got a surprise bill of $3000 for the services- 2k over estimate- Wish I could give zero stars
