Dr. Campbell performed major shoulder surgery on me. He did a great job and had great bedside manner. I have seen several other doctors in the practice and have been very satisfied with their treatment.
To whom it may concern. Your billing department is trying to charge me money for an Xray that was already paid by my personal insurance and also by my Workers Comp Insurance and now AFTER 1 YEAR you are sending me a bill due to mistaken made by Dr Ivan Fernandez Madrid, his assistant Charlene and Felix who was the technician who took the Xray.
