A not so unimportant screw up.. I went there the other day for an mri of my brain and as soon as I presented the receptionist with my referral, someone came out from behind the reception area saying they’ll give me the IV now . I then told her I’m having the procedure. WITHOUT contrast and she looked at the script and said, “oh you’re right”.. no apology…considering the fact that by mistakingly giving me contrast, she could have pushed my stage four kidney disease into the next stage, necessitating my needing!dialysis.

Today I visited NYU Langone Radiology – Queens Medical Imaging for a head and neck check-up, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. This was my first time at this location, and I was immediately impressed. Ms. Aishata Sinayoko, who performed the procedure, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and precise. Seamless and professional describes this office. The staff do an exceptional job to schedule and arrange. The expert delivery on three separate occasions was gentle, precise, timely and personably executed. Most recent, Chanlee does an excellent job. Same is true with the MD's results who read and interpret that which is good, unchanged or needs follow up. Each result, in my particular case, was, thankfully, very decent. Their app is terrific - numerous reminders for appointments and results right on your device.

First time there and had such an amazing experience! I had two x-rays and an MRI all done in under 45 minutes including wait time and on top of that I was a little bit late. Not only that but staff were very polite, compassionate , caring and super helpful. Checking in was a breeze too! I will always come back here whenever I need another Exam highly recommend!!
