Thank you for your patience and care though I broke down in tears with getting my brain MRI done thanks for the reassurance that everything would be alright it was! Quick service.
I have been coming here for years for my annual mammograms/breast ultrasounds and the experience is always wonderful. The staff are extremely caring, thorough, and efficient. I am so grateful to see longstanding staff like Marlene and the technician who did my mammogram (sorry I forgot her name - woman with blond hair who has been there for years and did my mammography on 3/6 at 8am) still there as they are fantastic! Tatiana the US tech was excellent as well. Thank you!
The phone system is poor. It is impossible to speak to a live human there who can answer a question that the limited list of "press 1..." options allow. The designers need to work on serving patients and allowing them to speak with people, instead of eliminating staff positions with replacing them with automated phone service. People should not have to visit the office for a question that they should be able to phone ahead about.
Very efficient and accommodating from the check in Justin G was very helpful and empathic with me. Wisleiry who performed my x ray and Liana who did my ultrasounds, very nice and welcoming staff. Very pleased with the services received today. Will be coming here for my future imaging appointment
Over all a nice place...front desk is ok can be a little harsh with asking questions, needing information. Technician in back especially MRI Tech are always nice to talk with, understanding and sympathetic to my needs, wants and other medical issues.
