I had a scheduled MRI today in Forest Hills location. The Girl at front Desk Miss Myungok was helpful and kind. I have to say Patty the girl who checks you in and allocates locker etc., was so lovely, kind, helpful and made me feel at ease, 5 stars not enough to rate her. Wendy who inserted the liquid for MRI also very Kind and helpful. Jennifer who organized my MRI was kind and most helpful, 5 stars not enough to rate her Service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ The receptionist was very professional and kind. She listened to me, and even though I was a walk-in for X-rays, I was taken in within 20 minutes or less. The place was impeccably clean. However, the technician was a little rude. Even though I explained that I was in a lot of pain in my leg and back, he seemed careless and just kept doing his work without acknowledging it. I wish he had listened more. Other than that, NYU usually provides great service and always shows a positive attitude.
IDK what happened to this place, but it's a nightmare. I feel bad for the staff because it's not their fault that it's horribly managed and they are stuck taking the heat from patients. They need to fix literally everything about the way they are conducting business at this location.
Staff is cordial and always ready to help. I've had 3 different appointments and everything went smoothly. The only issue is that I can't find the hours of operation and I can't figure out how to speak to a live person over the phone! The option is not available .
Service is good but prices Ridiculous Before you go make sure that you full insurance. This is a fraud. They don't say the cost before the procedure. Then they issue an invoice for mri
