i called this place to be a new client and they told me that they only take students and workers at NYU so i went to chat GPT and they told me basically they lying they have two one for student and workers and another one for out patients and this is the outpatient. in a way im glad they told me that because i didnt check the reviews that was god protection.

I went here seeking a basic individual therapist and MAT. I went through a very long intake process through which I would be called randomly during the day and not be told how long the calls would take. This happened about three times. On the fourth call, they COMPLETELY denied me care. No waitlist. FULL DENIAL.
