Today I went to this office for my 2-month-old baby’s check-up regarding a medical concern. When I arrived, the front desk staff informed me that my insurance was inactive and that I needed to pay $380 immediately. We had a terrible experience with Dr. Medina at NYU Tarrytown, my son was sent to him due to a problem with his testicles, appointment was at 8:15am. Dr. showed up around 8:40am. Instead of focusing on the test results he focused on my son’s member and used his bare hands in a disturbing way, my 10 years old cried, and he said “I don’t feel sorry for you” I was shocked! Medical staff is ok. Terribly long wait, significantly longer than scheduled time. Especially difficult with little kid.

"I was spoken to in an inappropriate manner by the surgical coordinator ( Kathy)and she mocked what I said when I asked to schedule the surgery for my 6 month baby after 8 am rather than 6 am after 2 weeks so I can send my kids to school and then go for the surgery with my baby. Can’t even get through to the front desk to schedule an appointment. Left voicemail over a week ago and no call back. I called back and hit the options to speak with a nurse, calling from a hospital/doctor’s office and called the hospital operator to connect me to make sure there wasn’t an alternate number.
