I am extremely disappointed my son was scheduled at 1045am. for surgery, and I waited an hour and a half before leaving because the doctor never came to us. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend it at all. Don't schedule appointments if you can not keep the appointment time because people have work and other things to do.
