It’s an absolute shame that some of the worlds best doctors have the worlds worst support staff and front desk staffing. The staff is rude and unprofessional every time I visit here and you will lose your mind attempting to make an appointment here. Plan on about a week of your time calling for 8 hours a day before you ever speak to a helpful human. The staff must have silenced the phones or something is going on. The staff must have silenced the phones or something is going on. I’ve been calling all week and there is only an automated message to call back “during normal office hours Monday-Friday 9am-5pm”. I’ve been calling since 9am this morning as well as yesterday and have not been able to speak to anyone
Dr. Sha-Barbara McDaniel and the nurse assisting her during my procedure were both extraordinarily rude and unprofessional. She said "I imagine working with men is much easier, women are so dramatic", as she operated on me and I was crying from pain. Why she thought it was okay to say this while I was awake and conscious is beyond me. The nurse gave me a dirty look, frowned, and was also very short with her responses. As a doctor and human, please learn some empathy and etiquette before interacting with other humans.
Dr. Dryer seemed very sweet. She had a student with her so she was pleasant with talking to me and explaining everything nicely for me and her student. So over all I see why the office has a low rating. The outer staff if very uncaring outwardly. Me myself I'm a medical assistant, I get not being at 100 all the time. But even with a gentle approach people here come off like they're just having a pissy day. While I'm relaxed and unfazed by that someone pregnant or trying to get pregnant is a diff state.
