The Langone x-ray Arthur Kill Location is my go to place for x-rays and MRI’s. Even though the other locations are much closer, I like the facility and Staff much better there than at the Bard location.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the care and service I received at NYU Langone Radiology on 4849 Arthur kill Rd on 2/11/26 From the moment I arrived, the staff’s demeanor was unprofessional and dismissive. Multiple employees displayed visible attitudes that made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient seeking medical care. I cant stress it enough, ppl need to be going here, not only do you get results the same day, but you will see them on the app, no need to wait 2 weeks follow up. 1001% recommended
