Worst place in the world
Im in this outpatient waiting room right now and just witnessed some security guard bothering this woman for sleeping on one of the couches in the waiting room. This woman has probably (like me) been here since before 6am. There are no signs that or mentions in their posted waiting room policy that say otherwise. There are plenty of seats and the woman was bothering no one. This person has nothing better to do than bug this woman? My wife had an 8am appointment for a procedure. We arrived at 7:45am and were not called in until approximately 10:15am, which is absolutely ridiculous for a scheduled procedure. I honestly don't remember the excuse they gave us because it was lame and didn't matter to me at that point. A nurse, who had nothing to do with the complete lack of communication, apologized to us once we were finally called in for them to prep her.
