This has been an awful experience. I tried to establish care with this practice. They failed to refill meds I have been on for years. I cant get a hold of anyone in the office regarding the refills. They must have screwed up the billing for the visit because I received a statement saying $1200 was not covered. This was a simple well visit to establish care. I am 41 and reasonably healthy. How a simple well visit could turn into such a debacle is beyond me. Wild incompetence.
Dr. Akpinar was absolutely outstanding. My husband saw him after injuring his knee playing basketball, and from the moment he walked in, he felt confident he was in the right hands. Dr. Akpinar took his time, sat down with him, and thoroughly explained everything in a way that was clear and easy to understand.
