Was a nightmare trying to find via GPS kept taking us to a Langone cardiology office with same building letter. I clicked the link on my charts for gps...never made it. I never seen so many Langone complexes in one area, anywhere from large buildings to a maze of small office buildings within adjoining parking lots &complexes only letter identification. Would be nice if each building had a directory. I say, never again.
By far the WORST doctor’s office you can go to. The front desk and the managers act completely incompetent when they make a mistake. I was told I would have to pay for a procedure out of pocket and they told me one price at the counter in the Patchogue location (with paper proof of the original amount stated) and then a few weeks later they are trying to bill me over $225 without me being aware of the cost.
