I am writing to express my concern regarding the lack of follow-up after my recent MRI. My ENT (Otolaryngology/Laryngology) specialist requested that I obtain an MRI urgently. I completed the MRI on February 18 and received a notification once the results were finalized stating: “Results are released as soon as they become available. Please give your care team up to 3 business days to review your results.” Despite this message, I did not receive any communication within three business days — or even after one full week. I am so Satisfied and Happy that I have changed my PCP to Dr. Dariuusz Grabowski I am also so greatful to Alexandra Asik who worked on getting my authorization for a CT Scan of my lungs,I highly recommend this office to everyone. Thank you
Very confused staff
I'm surprised by the low ratings. Sure the office has a chaotic vibe, but once you're in a room with someone it's great. Dr Dmochowska and Dr Ksendzovskaya are both excellent. They both listen to you and take your concerns seriously. I also like every nurse who's ever done my intake info, the Dr I saw when Ksendzovskaya wasn't available, and the woman who did my blood test. I don't really care what the wait experience is like if care I receive is exceptional, which it had always been here.
Never get appointment. If you do they cancel on you. I live in urgent care. They are useless. Horrible..
