Very kind staff here, especially Margaret (didn’t catch her last name, but she is a nurse who is eastern European. I think). I needed some lab work done on an emergency basis, and she worked very hard to overcome the admin obstacles to make sure it could get done for me.
I saw Monica Bueno, NP for my annual physical and she was very knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and friendly. She answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. The office is clean, and everyone on staff—from the front desk to the nurses—was pleasant, kind, and efficient. They truly made my day. Scheduling an appointment was easy and on the day of my appointment I was able to see her almost right away. The online portal is user-friendly and made it easy to access my notes and test results.
