Service so awful honestly. Today was appointment . Appointment was just canceled by office without any notifications with me. In MyChart visit was still on and I was waiting online for doctor. When I called office secretary told me just that doctor left and they tried to change my appointment. Guess I supposed to sit on my phone 24/7 just to expect any phone calls in order doctor wanna leave her work place. This office doesn’t care about their patients guess or any reputation. Записалась на прием. Подтвердила запись. Пришла в указанное время и место…Меня не приняли. Сказали, что мне нужно поменять доктора и они не могут меня принять. Во-первых, о смене доктора можно было предупредить заранее, а не в момент моего визита. Во-вторых, они сказали, что меня предупредили, но это не так. Было предложена сидеть в очереди и ждать другого доктора (зачем и почему непонятно). Итог, ты тратишь время, приходишь на прием и даже не увидишь Доктора к которому пришел. They literally charged my insurance thousands of dollars for bs. They didn’t seem to care at all and only care about what will fill their pockets. Will never come here again. Truly disappointed with NYU Langone on this one.
