Stay far away from Doctor Pranay Srivastava in the Gastroenterology department. Don't know how he even became a doctor.
THE NEUROLOGIST DEPT NEEDS HELP!!!!! SUPER RUDE STAFF OLDER WOMEN THAT ARE CLULESS OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING! AND THEY NEVER HAVE A DIRECT NUMBER FOR NEUROLOGY THEY ALWAYS ARE TRANSFERRING CALLS AND THEY DROP, YOULL HAVE TO CALL BACK 2-3 TIMES. THE PROVIDER NOT BAD BUT STAFF AND CUSTOMER SERIVCE TERRIBKE. PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Not the best! I love NYU langone but the Neurology dept at this locatioj needs better customer service and employees that know what they are doing. I have called numerous times after they read my mychart message because they view the message and never acknowledge it until you call numerous times. They also drag there feet for EVERYTHING!!! honestly NYU langone is great but this specific department needs attention!! Im still waiting on meds! Since 2 weeks ago!!!!
I have been receiving iron infusions from oncology and hematology. Very nice, kind care and clean facility.
