I was referred to Dr ZEILINSKI in December for bariatric surgery. His office gave me a checklist that had to be completed within a 6-month period in order to get the sleve surgery. I did three apppointments with a nutritionist , two Cardiology visitd, two pulmonology visits, chest x-ray and Cat Scan, Blood work, two Primary Care appointments and an endoscopy at the hospital. awful responsiveness (emergency department). charged exorbitant amount even after insurance coverage on an ER visit. had questions about the charge code on the visit and even after months still no response or adjustments to my charge.
