I just cannot get the Langone Health office in Cortlandt Manor to call me back. This office is located at 1985 Crompond Rd, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567. They have hardly ever followed up when I needed feedback these past few years since they absorbed the private practice doctor I saw for 20 years. Their patient policies are onerous and so I am now moving on to another practice and I want to pick up my medical records. My partner is currently going through treatment for breast cancer. I cannot recommend Dr. Novik and Lakeisha Nacoste enough. They have been very generous with their time and explanations and very loving with their attention. The nutritionists have all been top notch as well. Dr. Themistocles Protopsaltis, is the person who has given me, my life back. I wish to write these thoughts about my surgeon, who operated on my back twice. The second time to correct a mistake, not on his part. One of my titanium rods broke, he tried to correct it, but we both decided it would be best to correct this with another procedure. Since Langone has taken over this hospital has become very Corporate and very "factory like". No longer can u speak to your doctors office for appointments, you are outsourced to somewhere other than NYC where they have no idea where Manhattan is. A lot of doctors have taken early retirement because of this. Boo on you Langone
