I was there for my nephew's wife to had a brain tumor. Dr Sen wanted to meet the family. To let everyone know what he is gonna be doing. Plus if anyone has a question. The Dr Sen did amazing job on taking tumor out. My niece is taking it day by day.. The hospital is very clean. I personally know on cleaning I'm a day senior custodian in a Jr High School .. Everyone that works there are so amazing.. They even have a children's social worker's , physical therapy people, even have bunny rabbits for everyone to hold, etc.
Horrible overnite stay- Should have left after my surgery. Cant wait to get out of here in the morning. Night shift was totally inconsiderate,rude uncaring and condescending. Will never stay here again.
The staff was all wonderful and kind, facility is very impressive. Thank you to everyone in the cardiac and vascular center

I'm a loyal NYU LH patient. I work in healthcare for a living. I’m usually satisfied with the service I've received at NYU LH. Even when I’m unsatisfied, I’m inclined to let things slide because I’ve witnessed the complex factors at play when running a clinical practice as part of my job. This place is a time vacuum. They can’t keep to scheduling and make you wait inordinate amount of time as if your time is of no consequence. My Dr. Recently moved her practice to here. This was my first experience with NYU. I was scheduled for a procedure at 3pm at 5pm I left as my procedure had no reasonable time frame. In addition I had a test at the hospital at 10am. After waiting 7 hrs it was time to take out the IV and go home. Needless to say I will not be going back.
Was knocked down on the street and could not move my knee and leg. Went to the emergency room. Was diagnosed with a tipial plate fracture and was told by the orthopedist that it did not require surgery. Surgeon then lied to the case worker and said I refused surgery. They were going to release me even though I was told the leg can bear no weight for 3 months and I could not move at all. I had to beg to get into the Observation Unit to get some PT until I could get into rehab. In three days got 10 minutes of rehab. All hospit... read more
My husband had surgery last year at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases with Dr Jazrawi and Dr Kwon. The surgeons and all the staff were amazing. We flew from San Diego to New York specifically for Dr Jazrawi and Dr Kwon. So grateful to them. Would definitely recommend these surgeons and this hospital!
