I just had a very sour experience with their front desk with a person by the name of Franchelle; I called in to try to make sure my bosses appointment is still on their calendar and this person made it very difficult in order to do so. I am also in the service industry, speaking with people everyday and helping answer questions so I was very taken back at the rudeness and unprofessionalism I received from this office for something very simple. I’m picky about my endocrinologist (and their office staff)—this office is well-organized, pleasant, and the doctors and staff I’ve worked with are great.
