Refused to disclose the cost of an appointment and cancellation fee after I asked multiple times, they said they would only tell me the cost of the appointment after I book it. Absolutely useless phone operators and chat service, both options are inattentive and takes 1-2 weeks to receive a reply or call back. I’m not sure what the other people are talking about but I called and needed to get my son seen for a rare disease that is time sensitive and they got him in immediately with Dr. Orlow. I had also been waiting months for a genetics appt with Hopkins and Dr. Orlow got us in right away. The team messages back same day in mychart and is really responsive. Dr Orlow and his team are great and the best in the field.
never go here. Impossible to get any answers without going through many people and phone calls. Totally useless
