I absolutely love the NYU Langone Red Hook Family Health Center. I initially came in for dental services, but after my experience, I specifically requested my primary care to be transferred to this location as well. Adela, the manager, is truly exceptional; kind, caring, and extremely professional. She’s often the first voice you hear, calling to confirm or follow up on appointments, and she always makes sure you’re informed and comfortable. That level of attentiveness makes a real difference. My son is Autistic none verbal I am divorce & his mother dont want to take him to the dentist I work 70 hr a week since my kids were born. I am trying to set up an appointment for the March 2026. I calling every day for the past 10 days Everyone give me the round around every time I get different answer Go to hell bureaucratic, selfish people. I have being promiseda few timesthat someone will call me its a few weeks past i got zero calls.

A waste of time as always. I been here 3x’s. The first time was for X-rays. You are then instructed to come back for every additional appointment. Which will be cleanings filling route canals and they are all spaced to far apart! Weeks months never the nxt week or 3 weeks apart
