I needed to see a gastro NP asap and was able to find an appt same day. Anna Zhong was amazing, great bedside manners, listened carefully, asked questions, and provided professional guidance. The front desk team was very professional making check-in fast, they addressed you by your name and were very helpful with post-visit check-out. Kudos to the scheduling team on the phone, y’all rock! Good location, but they don’t answer any calls.
The pulmonary department did not send my asthma injection to my pharmacy and here it is 10 days and waiting. My asthma is flaring and I can't breathe well without it, I'm beyond upset. My doctor is amazing and I do appreciate him finding a solution to my asthma
