Worst experience!!! I came to do a COVID test it requires before the procedure. I knew it’s unpleasant, but it’s actually really painful. It was supposed to be 2 sec, but in my case, it was 15. I don’t know what she was trying to do inside my nose, but she made me cry. She didn’t say a word to make me feel better. I felt pain for two hours after that. The woman who did a procedure was cold and cruel. Be aware.
