NYU unless in the City is a total waste. No one answers the phone at other locations and if they do there not knowledgeable of anything and gives info that you already see online, all generalized info. Been on the phone for the past three hours with several persons in the queens locations and no one can tell me if the outpatient lab is a walk in or only appointment and no one has their number except one person and the phone rang for 32 mins before I hanged up. Had a CT Scan done. In and out in less than 45 minutes. Friendly and accommodating stuff. Results were available on MyChart within an hour.
I waited over 4 hours for the doctor to come in.
I wish that I could give them a ZERO horrible stuff! From the beginning, to make an appt. they put you on old and leave u there, like u don't exist, the ANIMALS that works there are not human, they are so freaking careless and rude! They should all get fired! PLEASE PEOPLE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED WITH RESPECT, GO ELSEWHERE! HORRILBLE EXPERIENCE!
