Terrible experience
I’m disappointed with the professionalism of the early-shift security guard. During my visits, the interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, and some remarks made me uncomfortable. In a healthcare setting, security should help people feel safe and respected. I hope management addresses this promptly.
Joesef was extremely unprofessional and used profanity, I see now why this location has poor rating. It’s because of employees like this who don’t know how to behave.
Dr. Chen was an outstanding doctor, very professional. My lumbar spine surgery was a total success. Additionally, his nurse practitioner Nancy Peterson, NP was fantastic.
Lots of parking spots as well as numerous handicapped spots. The building is very wheelchair accessible. The vestibule is kept clean as are the waiting rooms and offices. They even have a special waiting room in the Neurology area that is dark and kept quiet. The staff is friendly throughout the building. Excellent experiences every time I go there.
