My husband visited this office for a persistent rash and was prescribed an antibiotic “in case it gets infected”. 5 stars only because of Dr Borger and Dr Phillips, they’re great! AVOID DR YELENA STONE (Google her if you want) she is the rudest doctor I’ve ever met! She rushed me and argued with me about advocating for myself, which is my right. She called my self advocating “health anxiety” and it’s because of drs like her that some patients probably aren’t comfortable advocating. She should not be a doctor!!
Dr. Zaida answered my many questions, patiently. Bright, clean office. Minimal wait time. Highly recommend using App to schedule appointments, get on wait list, check-in, and see results quickly. Got procedure requiring anesthesia. Janelle, intake nurse, was calming and explained what would take place. All procedure nurses and anesthesiologist were awesome. I just started seeing a new GI provider, Jaclyn Nicolia, PA & she is amazing! I needed to see a new GI because I was no longer happy with my previous one. She has been so helpful & is very knowledgeable. She has recommended some things to me that no other provider has before. I’ve been dealing with IBS for 26 years & she has been great. She listens, doesn’t rush you, and calls back very quickly with test results. The rest of the staff that I had interacted with was great.
