Update! I had a colonoscopy here yesterday with Dr. Zaidi & everybody that I interacted with yesterday had great bedside manner. This is my 3rd colonoscopy & this was by far the best place I have ever been to for it. I was greeted right away at the front desk & didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The gentleman who took my vitals (I do not remember everyone’s names so I apologize) was very caring & patient with me. I have called two times now to speak to the practice manager Doran and have left a voicemail 2xs to still not receive a call back. Both times the front desk asked me why, I explained , was put on hold for ever one time was 16 minutes and both times was told she was in a meeting and would call back.I have YET TO hear from her. No need to wonder while the care here is lacking when the practice manager is lacking as well. Your referral department follows your lead.
