Scott and his company are crooked. I rented a house from him on his Nursery property. Not only did he not let me get my mail there, I had to pay for 100 percent of his electric for his buildings on the property and he set his own electrical use (which is Illegal) He never once stated that in the lease.... He even has his family mail sent there because he is avoiding property taxes. He is a theif and a liar. I highly recommend staying away from his company
