I had an awful experience within this institution. The clinical staff, ones expected to have “bedside manners” made me uncomfortable. Here I was expected to comply without conversation. Dr. Castro, the one calling the shots on my case o my saw me twice. First to assess, and finally to discharge. I felt my needs ignored and my voice unheard.
