Went in to order flowers for a dance 4 days prior. It's ok to tell me, or anyone, that the shop don't have time to make it a boutonniere. Instead they were rude, rolling her eyes and condescending. I've been to NYS prior for my parents funeral arrangements and had issues as well.... They incorrectly spelled the words (i.e.Forever, Hearts) ! There I am at my parents funeral correcting mistakes that CLEARLY should have never happened.
