We have called on 2 separate occasions and my husband has just hung up. There is a guy that can NOT understand English we have to give our address 3 time spell it out and it's 10 minutes just to do the basic info. Then when you get to the order it's even harder. If you are going to have Some one taking orders they need to speak and understand English. Not trying to be rude but it's the truth.
