Terrible!!!! Food late, wrong toppings from what was ordrerd, and for speaking up and requesting to return the error with a due re fund, the employees there have been ordered to not serve us. Haven't given up on Gus pizza after speaking with a supervisor for Gus pizza in New York. She was discussed and shocked and made it clear that they do not do business that way. Better Business Buddy!!

I ordered a pizza and asked for it cut a specific way. The person said no problem. Had my pizza delivered. When it gets here, it's not right. I call back to have made right and manager told me he doesn't have to remake it and or cut it that way. They are New York style and not Chicago. I asked for the corporate number and said no one else will help me. I even offered to come back up myself. He hung up on me and sent delivery driver back to refund me, and still charged me delivery fee. This manager chino has the worst custome... read more

I have been eating gus's pizza for almost 2 years, and everytime we visit.. We are never disappointed. Kayla, who is always smiling, friendly, she is one of our favs, at gus's.. Chino, one of the managers, is so awesome he will go above and beyond to make sure you get The best service and great food.. So anytime you want great service, amazing food, Then gus's is the place... thank you Kathy and denise.
Tonight I ordered a pizza and I spoke with a man who told me he would bring the pizza out to my truck because I have my dog in the truck and I didn't want to leave him alone and have the engine running. It's a 106ﾟ out. When I came to pick up the pizza the man who answered the phone said he wouldn't do that even though I was less than 20' from him I could see him on the phone. Wanted to thank Gus’s for working with us! I’m the owner of Freezer’s Ice House in Tempe and today Sunday 6.3.18 I’m holding a fundraiser for a family that lost their home in a fire up in Prescot a couple of weeks ago. They lost everything they’ve worked their whole lives for so it felt like the right thing to do.
