Great OT/PT medical group. The receptionist are welcoming. Scheduling appointments was easy. I was able to schedule therapy sessions at my convenience. The Physical Therapist, Sean and Dennis are very knowledgeable. They implemented the exercises that strengthened my knee. Both are friendly and attentive to ones needs. The Occupational Therapist was Vijay Muni. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was empathetic and friendly. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate Physical therapist Krista Valdez. She was rude, disrespectful, and burned me with a very hot towel without checking on me. Did not do anything during my PT session just threw me a very hot towel at the end of the session and left… Terrible staff! Had the worst experience there!
