My experience has been disappointing. After receiving the keys, I found cockroaches in multiple areas of the apartment, including the kitchen, refrigerator, drawers, and toilet. I also discovered issues with the front door and window screen. I spent hours cleaning the apartment myself, yet these concerns have left me uncomfortable moving forward with the tenancy. I have contacted management and am seeking a lease cancellation and full refund. I hope this matter can be resolved fairly and professionally.
