Horrible hospital at Allen. Surgeons cut you open and forget about you. Vanderbilt clinic is the Worst. Avoid the stress of being neglected post op. Go to HSS
Good service once you have your appointment, but getting them to answer the phone is a matter of luck, and the alternative on the website is also no bargain. The upside: this is New York, where stress on all systems is high. Columbia Presbyterian is actually the best of a stressed breed. Also remember that it's a training hospital, and that some of the rookie doctors will be training on you.
