Extremely disappointed in the lack of long-term support for members facing permanent hardships. I have been dealing with a severe financial hardship for quite some time due to my disability. I’ve been banking with this bank for nearly three years, and unfortunately my experience has steadily declined. The biggest issue has been trying to get help with a loan. It took almost two weeks just to speak with a loan officer, and even after finally reaching someone, I still haven’t received the assistance I needed.
