I’ve been banking with this bank for nearly three years, and unfortunately my experience has steadily declined. The biggest issue has been trying to get help with a loan. It took almost two weeks just to speak with a loan officer, and even after finally reaching someone, I still haven’t received the assistance I needed. Customer service has been extremely disappointing.
