Had a 4 day, 3 night stay in Feb 2025 for a short Love-cation getway for me and my husband in a one bedroom suite assesible unit. The accomodations were great! Since I have limited mobility, the room was very close to the elevators. The most wonderful thing about this stay was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! From check in to check out that staff at the Regency are spectacular. Special shout out to Trevor at the front desk and to Dave from maintenance. Great service, great accommodations. You can't ask for more.
Had a good 4-day stay in Tucson 2/2025. Employees to be commended are Aaron and Mikal (they make a good margarita) at the lobby bar; Jim, lead server at breakfast (I eat gluten free, he caught a mistake by kitchen and saved me from eating glutinous toast); Yvette at the front desk (help with power extension cord and extra pillows and blanket, took her and staff all of 5 minutes to get them to our room); John in gift shop; Victor in valet crew; all for their excellent service. I was honored to have the experience of my life to stay and eat at this luxurious hotel. I have traveled to Moab several times but never has my lodging and eating been this high class.
I had the opportunity to vist this luxious hotel off the main street of Moab. Just the location should rate this hotel 10 stars.
Our first experience with HOODOO was unforgettable. One can not image the class and grace of this hotel. We have stayed at many other 5-star hotels and resorts but none of them measure up to this location in Moab UT. Staff and facility are extremely professional and clean. The restaurant has excellent food and the convenience of being in the same location as where you are staying. We look forward to our next lodging in the casitas.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dublin, GA for an extended period, and I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Each team member played a unique role in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My check-in experience with Will was seamless. Hotel guy is rude too me . For got my room number key . He said what is your name he said u are on the list ,shity to me from his employers and coustomer he give me a nasty attitude to me he your dad is on list u have too get him permission too get new key. Bc it the rules he embarrassed me every one in the building walk way .
