Our first experience with HOODOO was unforgettable. One can not image the class and grace of this hotel. We have stayed at many other 5-star hotels and resorts but none of them measure up to this location in Moab UT. Staff and facility are extremely professional and clean. The restaurant has excellent food and the convenience of being in the same location as where you are staying. We look forward to our next lodging in the casitas.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Dublin, GA for an extended period, and I can't speak highly enough about the staff. Each team member played a unique role in making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. My check-in experience with Will was seamless. Hotel guy is rude too me . For got my room number key . He said what is your name he said u are on the list ,shity to me from his employers and coustomer he give me a nasty attitude to me he your dad is on list u have too get him permission too get new key. I had a wonderful experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Rosa, who made my check-in process delightful. She had a warm demeanor, a genuine smile, and went out of her way to answer all my questions. Despite arriving ahead of my check-in time, Rosa kindly assisted me with the Wi-Fi, bathroom codes, and ensured I felt welcome and comfortable. Had the opportunity to stay at the Hampton Inn in Howell, MI recently, and I have to say how impressed we were. Its overall appearance from the outside can fool you, as once you enter the doors and are warmly greeted by the hostess into an immaculate impressive foyer with hot coffee and tea selections, it gives the feel of a much more expensive hotel. Jan. 9th 2025 Had a very short stay at the Hampton Inn in Pawtucket RI it was a very pleasant visit. The staff was more than courteous and very helpful. The morning breakfast was all anyone could ask for, plenty of everything to go around. Rooms were spacious a clean Plenty of parking and easy access to I95. Would recommend if your in the area, by all means stay there.
I stayed there 12/30/24 and 12/31/24. The staff was not Plesant at all. No good morning . Nothing to make the stay nicer in any way. Coffee in the lobby was always out couldnt get any in the room No complementary water .Had to pay 2.99 for a small bottle. TV in the workout room didnt work. We stayed there for the Island View Casino's New Years Party. Will not stay there again
To the faculty mangers of the Hilton hotels. I have stayed in a Hilton hotel in Livermore Pleasanton, San Diego. Each one has design problems for the handicap rooms and bathrooms. There are no bars in the bathroom by toilet or shower. Each time I almost fall while using the bathroom. I’m handicap and need help using the bathroom. Why is there no bars in the bathroom? The other big problem is the bed is up against the heating and cooling unit. I need to get my wheelchair on that side of the bed. I can’t move the bed. Ha... read more
