I want to recognize Elisha who was at the front desk when I checked in she was extremely helpful she was professional she displayed a positive attitude in reference to doing her job. Elisha made sure that my room was satisfactory and that I had everything that I needed. It's great when you can come into a hotel and feel like you're at home and that's exactly what she did. I want to take a moment to recognize the housekeeper on the third floor Megan who was very professional very polite didn't extremely outstanding job and cleaning my room and she is a great reflection of the Hilton brand. Her kindness really made me feel comfortable relaxed and cared for. It's staff members like this for travelers like me who make traveling so much more enjoyable. So, please extend my sincere appreciation to Megan and I hope she gets recognized in a manner that truly reflects the tough job that she has.
Review for Embassy Suites Atlanta Airport North (Feb 7-9, 2025) I had a terrible experience at this hotel. My guaranteed adjoining rooms were unavailable, and check-in was delayed until 6:30 p.m. Housekeeping neglected our rooms despite multiple complaints, and staff harassed my family, forcing us to stay at the pool all day, making children ill. We couldn’t use our rooms, and my granddaughter’s birthday celebration was ruined. Completely unacceptable service for a Hilton property!
My husband and I had great accommodations in a one bedroom suite in Feb 2025. With it being a little chilly, we never had to venture outside, but use the heated pool and gym facilities. However, in walking distance of serveal eateries. But what was the greatest aspect of our trip was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! Shout out to Trevor at the front desk and to Dave in maintenance.
Had a 4 day, 3 night stay in Feb 2025 for a short Love-cation getway for me and my husband in a one bedroom suite assesible unit. The accomodations were great! Since I have limited mobility, the room was very close to the elevators. The most wonderful thing about this stay was the CUSTOMER SERVICE! From check in to check out that staff at the Regency are spectacular. Special shout out to Trevor at the front desk and to Dave from maintenance. Great service, great accommodations. You can't ask for more.
Had a good 4-day stay in Tucson 2/2025. Employees to be commended are Aaron and Mikal (they make a good margarita) at the lobby bar; Jim, lead server at breakfast (I eat gluten free, he caught a mistake by kitchen and saved me from eating glutinous toast); Yvette at the front desk (help with power extension cord and extra pillows and blanket, took her and staff all of 5 minutes to get them to our room); John in gift shop; Victor in valet crew; all for their excellent service. I was honored to have the experience of my life to stay and eat at this luxurious hotel. I have traveled to Moab several times but never has my lodging and eating been this high class.
I had the opportunity to vist this luxious hotel off the main street of Moab. Just the location should rate this hotel 10 stars.
Our first experience with HOODOO was unforgettable. One can not image the class and grace of this hotel. We have stayed at many other 5-star hotels and resorts but none of them measure up to this location in Moab UT. Staff and facility are extremely professional and clean. The restaurant has excellent food and the convenience of being in the same location as where you are staying. We look forward to our next lodging in the casitas.
