Had a great stay here for an event I attended. Very nice and courteous staff, room was perfect and the shower was amazing! Great job NYLO!

Spent our wedding night here and loved it! Service was awesome! And most of all thanks for the complimentary chocolate covered strawberries made for a perfect ending to our night! We cannot wait to visit your other hotels.

I Loved this place!! The Urban Loft feel was a welcome change from the standard box rooms. The staff was very friendly. The only reason for not giving 5 stars was that the sheets didn’t fit and kept coming off. I would definitely stay here again.
The front desk staff was good but we waited from 7pm untill close to midnight to get the fridge and microwave we had requested at the time of reservation. The concrete walls and floors were definitely not our style...too cold. Did not feel warm or welcoming. The worse part was the dirt on the shower head and faucet. We had to use bottled water to brush our teeth and I had to scrub the shower head before we could take a shower. I love love loved staying here! After an extremely unpleasant experience at an airbnb, I was able to find a room at the Nylo and they were seriously my knight in shining armor. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly sweet, in particular the gal who checked me in (who's name I naturally can't remember, helpful I know).
