very nice and upscale. our food took awhile but overall the service was great.
This is our go to stay when we are here in Plano. However, this time our room is not as clean as previous stays. We requested a higher level room, we are on 2nd floor. The room itself is not as well cleaned as previous stays. We will not rebook here next time we are in town.
Sent numerous emails and left numerous Facebook messages as well as a private message on Instagram asking for information about family friendly accommodations at the Plano location and no one ever responded. So I can imagine the hotel management is equally disinterested in responding to guests too.
Always amazing. Maria is the most polite staff possible.
