Doubletree has been very kind to my daughter and I have watched her progress in behavior, language, and social interactions. I especially like her Psych Clinics where the treatment team share their progress with her.
Stay somewhere else! I’ve never in my life been charged almost $300 JUST for incidentals. I know it comes back, but to have that large amount being held for multiple days/weeks is unjustifiable. I’ve even stayed here in the past, which shows I’m responsible, but definitely don’t recall such an exorbitant amount. With nearby hotels that may not have availability, I tried to find another, it felt like a form of extortion. They wouldn’t even work with me.
My husband and I recently stayed at Penn’s Landing in Room 901 for our vacation, and we had a wonderful experience. We’d like to especially highlight the outstanding service provided by housekeeper Nicole Johnson. She was warm, polite, and incredibly approachable. Everything was perfect until I left. I gave them my credit card for incidentals. Instead, they charged the card of the person who made the reservation. I was sent a form to fill out. It has multiple issues so I can't use it. I would like to fix this, so I have called multiple times and left messages on their Facebook page. All phone calls go straight to a call center instead of the front desk. No one replies to their FB messages.
Lauren is the best. She helped me when I was a Hilton Employee and now I recommend all of my friends and family to stay here because of her outstanding customer service. She has great nails too! Thank you Lauren!
Great stay, had a balcony Bayfront, overlooking the Bay and the bridge of Lions. Staff was incredible, haven't witnessed service like that in a long time, will be Back!

Unfortunately, I encountered bed bugs at this hotel on my second night. I have stayed at this hotel before without issues. I understand that these things happen, however, I spoke with the front desk staff who did not give me any help in the situation; only that the mattress was less than a year old and it shouldn't have any. I informed them that it doesn't matter how long its been there; if there are people sleeping on it, there is always a risk of bed bugs to transfer to the mattress. I am a silver Hilton member. I’ve been staying here almost every week, either overnight or two nights for that past two months. I’ve noticed that both service and room cleanliness have become worse instead of better. The male front desk clerk who typically checks me in is as not cordial to me compared to Caucasian customers.
